NPL was sought by the hospital leadership team to raise $65 million to expand dated facilities at the Children’s Hospital of Costa Rica, including a new tower of care with a heliport, but the hospital did not have a cultivated major-gift constituency.

4-Year Engagement

In order to attract donors beyond grateful patients in Costa Rica, we helped establish an expanded vision to not only get the new tower built, but to also:

  1. create a country-wide pediatric web with professional clinics and telemedicine

  2. establish partner organizations in the United States; and

  3. to showcase the Hospital’s design in other countries leveraging a creative for-profit venture (an amusement park) owned by the Hospital.

With that expanded vision, we helped them to leverage new sources of funds efficiently to raise $65 million

Let’s create an impact together.
