Rotarians for Family Health & AIDS Prevention
Rotary International was proud of one of its initiatives to increase the uptake in AIDS testing in Africa due to a robust offering of family medical services.
The organization had initial seed funds from The Coca-Cola Foundation and had successfully run pilot programs, but it had no fundraising plan to support its growth, and that combined with the Rotary name, made it difficult for them to make the case for funds needed from additional sources.

Our Role
Engagements Between 2012 and 2014
The NPL team established the case-for-investing from outside funders in addition to Rotary and Coke. In addition, we built a list of prospective funding partners, while training their international board to leverage their own contacts as well as new networks. Our team facilitated board meetings in Thailand, Australia and Portugal to encourage board performance in major-gift fundraising and corporate sponsorships.
