1-Year Engagement

NPL helped the Center to create a more compelling vision to attract transformational donors. We then designed a unique brand strategy to connect them to their innovative work in developing countries, beyond their prestigious connection to Harvard and Massachusetts General Hospital.

Concurrently, we coached the Board Chair and CEO on their respective roles and leveraging their innate talents to increase overall board performance, including but not limited to, major-gift fundraising.
