The Chan Zuckerberg Initiative (CZI), a grant making organization, wants their worldwide grantees in the rare disease space to succeed in achieving new cures and therapies.
To that end, CZI hired NPL to build a customized training and coaching system for their grantees to help them create sustainable economic models.
Our Involvement
Design and Delivery of Immersion Training on all Aspects of Managing a Nonprofit Organization (governance, business planning, major-gift fundraising, branding and communications)
Deliver Monthly Master Classes to Global CZI Grantees: Participants Include Executive Leaders and Trustees of 67 Organizations
Our Role
Engaged in 2019 (Currently ongoing)
The NPL team delivers an integrated learning program to the CEO’s and board members of 67 CZI domestic and international grantees by way of twice monthly, live master classes, coaching sessions and follow up practicums- with emphasis on board building & major-gift fundraising.
As a result, these organizations are raising more money to hire the best possible scientists, investigative researchers and teams to accelerate progress toward cures for devastating diseases.
